Numbers show that overall fertility is down in both men and women. living in the USA.  In the 1930s, the average sperm count for a male was 140 million. Today, that number is no higher than 40 million. In addition, we are seeing a rise in the number of babies born prematurely, as well as a rise in the number of emergency cesareans.
